Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Community Registered Nurse to work in District Nursing in the Castlepoint area. You will screen referrals and provide planned and unplanned care within the community, liaising with GPs and MDTs, and supporting patients and families.

We deliver care from 8am-9pm seven days a week including weekends and bank holidays with a variety of shifts.

We are looking for a compassionate, hardworking and motivated registered nurse to join our District Nursing Team in the Castlepoint area.

You will have daily responsibility for screening referrals and providing planned and unplanned care to patients within the community setting. You will liaise closely with local GP's and other members of the wider MDT as well as with patients and their families, therefore excellent communication and IT skills are essential.
