Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd in Bath is recruiting Teaching Assistants for flexible short-term and long-term assignments across local schools. You will support pupils one-to-one and in small groups, helping them access learning and thrive in an inclusive environment.

You’ll assist the class teacher with engaging activities, implement behaviour strategies, monitor progress, and contribute to wider school life on longer placements.
