Job summary

Furness Education Trust invites applications for a dedicated Science teacher to join our high-performing team in Barrow-in-Furness. You will deliver secure, high-quality teaching, lead by example and work with colleagues across the Trust to raise achievement and support whole‑school improvement.

We are a seven-school Trust with a strong local community focus. You will be supported by an extensive induction, CPD programme and a welcoming Science department, with opportunities to collaborate

Job description

What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Work with the head of department and colleagues to develop departmental expertise and to enrich students learning including through trips and visits.
