Job summary

Whately Hall Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team in Banbury. You will be responsible for changing linen, making beds and cleaning bathrooms to ensure guest rooms are welcoming.

You will also address guest queries, keep bedrooms stocked, and assist with cleaning public areas, reporting maintenance needs as required to maintain a high standard of comfort throughout the stay.

Responsibilities

• Change bed linen and make beds
• Replace used towels
• Sweep and mop floors
• Dust furniture
• Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
• Clean public areas, like corridors & toilets
• Report any maintenance needs in line with company procedures
• Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
• Follow hotel Security, H&S and Fire Safety guidelines

Job description

We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Whately Hall Hotel.

As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities will include the changing of all linen, making beds and cleaning bathrooms. You will also address any guest/client queries and make sure the bedrooms remain fully-stocked, clean and inviting at all times.
