Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a shop when the Store Manager isn’t around, motivating the team and ensuring excellent customer service. You’ll manage shifts across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels, while upholding standards and guiding staff to success.

You’ll oversee product preparation, stock displays and shop presentation, with a focus on delivering a brilliant customer experience. A supportive, inclusive culture is at the heart of Greggs.

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online. While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop

• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
