Job summary

GI Group Main Account is recruiting a Postal Delivery Driver (Postie) in Alcester on behalf of Royal Mail. You will deliver letters and parcels on foot or in a Royal Mail vehicle, and you will be a vital part of your local neighbourhood.

This seasonal role offers a minimum of 20 hours per week with shifts 08:30-15:30 across five days. A full UK manual driving licence and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (no more than 6 penalty points; held ≥12 months).
• Physically fit and able to walk outdoor routes in all weather.
• Great customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Punctual, organized, and self-motivated.
• No Criminal Record.

Shifts: 0830-1530 - any 5 days from 7

What You Will Do

Provide friendly, reliable service to local homes and businesses.

Work independently while managing your time effectively outdoors.

What We Are Looking For

Full UK Manual Driving Licence (with no more than 6 penalty points and held for at least 12 months)

Physically fit and happy to walk outdoor routes in all kinds of British weather.

Great customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.

Punctual, organized, and self-motivated.
