TDCA (Torridon District Community Association) seeks an Operations & Events Manager to lead LTCC and support the TDCA board in growing sustainable community initiatives.
You will manage a small team, develop policies, and drive fundraising and partnerships to expand LTCC activities and income in a rural Highland setting.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop the community centre, diversify its range of activities and increase income. The job is very varied involving both public facings aspects and long term strategic thinking to enhance the community centre and its role as a key hub for the community.
And of course, you will never be far from the sea or mountains and you will be working alongside people who share a passion for the landscape, environment and long-term sustainability of the community. TDCA is charitable development trust which exists to enhance, develop and support a fragile rural community and the many tourists whose presences helps support community sustainability.
One of TDCA’s key responsibilities is the Loch Torridon Community Centre (LTCC) as well as developing other community projects and assets. The new TDCA Operations & Events Manager post will lead the team at LTCC supported by an engaged Board of Directors to ensure the smooth running of the centre, increase TDCA income including diversifying the range of LTCC activities.
