Job summary

NHS Jobs is seeking a role responsible for read-coding information into patients' electronic health records on the SystmOne clinical system, while adhering to the practice coding policy. The post-holder will also support the multidisciplinary team with administrative duties as needed, aligning with the needs of the practice.

The salary range for this NHS Band 4–5 level is £25,760 to £27,476 depending on training and experience, with the opportunity to progress as you gain further expertise

Job description

To be responsible for the read-coding of relevant information into the patients electronic healthcare records on SystmOne clinical system, adhering to the practice coding policy. In addition, the post-holder will also support the multi-disciplinary team, providing administrative support as required, in line with the needs of the practice.

£25,760 - £27,476 B4 and B5 available depending on training and experience
