Job summary

Pinnacle Group are looking for a Reactive School Cleaner to ensure that the overall standard of cleaning is maintained to a good standard throughout the school during the school day. Based at Abbey Park School in Swindon, the role supports our Total Facilities Management team delivering integrated asset management and maintenance services across education and beyond.

Cleaning experience or willingness to learn.
Strong work ethic and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
Good communication skills.
Some experience in a school environment preferred.

Responsibilities

To ensure reactive cleaning jobs are carried out in a timely manner
Assist the site team in set ups and set downs for lunch service
Carry out cleaning task as per method statement and around school break times
Support other cleaners during sickness or holiday cover
To take instruction and advice from the Cleaning Supervisor
To ensure appropriate PPE/Uniform are always used during working hours
The ability to work as part of a team and be able to demonstrate initiative

Our Total Facilities Management team delivers integrated asset management and maintenance services across education, leisure, corporate, health and residential sectors.We focus on keeping facilities running smoothly, safely, and efficiently - helping our clients create spaces that work for everyone. The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning experience or a willingness to learn, together with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness. The working hours are 9am-3.30pm, Monday to Friday at Abbey Park School in Swindon.,

To ensure reactive cleaning jobs are carried out in a timely manner
Assist the site team in set ups and set downs for lunch service
Carry out cleaning task as per method statement and around school break times
Support other cleaners during sickness or holiday cover
