Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join the reactive repairs team, covering Coventry and surrounding areas. You’ll handle joinery, plumbing, tiling and other trades in occupied properties while delivering high standards of workmanship and great customer service.

We offer a competitive salary (£35,530) for a 39-hour week, with on target earnings up to £39,586 including bonus, overtime and call-outs, plus a company van, uniform, pension and life insurance.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in domestic or social housing environments preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete works within occupied properties across Coventry and surrounding areas.
• Carry out joinery, plumbing, tiling and other trades as required.
• Provide fault finding and repair solutions to maintain homes.
