Ian Williams Ltd is hiring a Multi Trade Operative in Leeds to carry out reactive repairs in occupied homes, mainly carpentry with plumbing and plastering duties. The role offers a 39-hour week and a competitive base salary.

You will be part of the Response team, delivering safe, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, with potential overtime, bonuses, and company-provided van and fuel card.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent), ideally in Carpentry.
• Experience in domestic or social housing environments is desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete second fix tasks in occupied residential properties, mainly carpentry plus plumbing and plastering.
• Attend reactive repairs in a domestic environment, on a rota for emergency callouts.
• Work safely and focus on high-quality, customer-centered repairs.
