Prime Recruitment Services Limited is seeking an experienced Joiner for permanent, full-time work in Derry/Londonderry. The role covers first and second fix joinery, doors, kitchen installations, and general maintenance across social housing properties.

A valid CSR Card and UK driving licence are required; on-call duties apply. You will join a reactive maintenance team delivering high-quality joinery repairs and refurbishment to occupied and vacant homes, with a competitive hourly rate and

Qualifications

• A recognised joinery qualification, completed apprenticeship or relevant time-served experience.
• Proven experience in first and second fix joinery.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance and general building works.
• Valid CSR Card and full UK driving licence.
• Availability for rotational out-of-hours call-out service.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out first and second fix joinery across residential properties.
• Install, repair and replace internal and external doors, frames, locks.
• Undertake kitchen installations, repairs and replacements.
• Glazing, window repairs and related joinery work.
• Complete minor roofing repairs and general maintenance.
• Work with supervisors and other trades to meet deadlines.
• Deliver courteous customer service to tenants and clients.
• Complete electronic job sheets and maintenance reports.
