Job summary

Prime Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Joiner for a permanent, full-time role based in Derry/Londonderry. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of 15.00–16.10, plus a company van and fuel card, with on-call rotations and a comprehensive employee benefits package.

You will join the Reactive Maintenance team, carrying out first and second fix joinery, and undertaking kitchen installations, repairs and refurbishment works across residential properties.

Qualifications

Recognised joinery qualification or time-served apprenticeship.
Experience in first and second fix joinery in maintenance or construction.
Full UK driving licence and availability for on-call.
Strong health and safety awareness and customer service.

Responsibilities

Carry out first and second fix joinery on residential properties.
Install, repair and replace doors, frames, locks and ironmongery.
Undertake kitchen installations, repairs and replacements.
Perform glazing and window repair work.
Work with supervisors and other trades to meet deadlines.
Participate in call-out rota and maintain safety standards.
