Qualifications

• Strong skills in React Native, TypeScript, Redux, React Navigation and Firebase.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Maestro).
• Solid understanding of mobile development principles (state management, APIs, performance).
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing, testing and maintaining features within the Pets at Home mobile app using React Native.
• Delivering high-quality, scalable solutions aligned to engineering best practice.
• Collaborating with Product, Design, QA and Engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Owning performance and contributing to improving app speed, reliability and usability.
• Writing and maintaining unit and end-to-end tests to ensure robust releases.
• Championing accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Contributing to code reviews and continuous improvement of tools, processes and ways of working.
