Job summary

Job&Talent in Dunstable is seeking a Forklift Driver PM to join a leading retailer's warehouse team. You will operate FLT Reach trucks, assist with picking and packing orders, and maintain a safe, efficient working environment during 14:00–22:00 shifts.

The role requires 6–12 months forklift experience, reach truck familiarity, and good English. Training opportunities and cross-training across departments are available.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months forklift driving experience.
• Experience with reach trucks.
• Loading, unloading goods, pallet handling and stacking.
• Perform pre-use checks and maintain safe load handling.
• Good level of English.
• No history of serious safety violations.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT Reach trucks to move goods safely.
• Load and unload pallets efficiently.
• Conduct regular pre-use machinery checks.
• Assist with picking and packing orders.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all pedestrians.
