Job summary

Job Advert in Dunstable is seeking a Forklift Operative to join our warehouse team on an afternoon shift (2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday). The role requires valid FLT Reach and Counterbalance licenses and experience in picking, packing and goods in/out.

You will handle pallet wrapping, manual handling up to 25kg, and maintain health and safety standards. Starting rate £14.60 per hour, rising to £15.10 after 12 weeks, with weekly hours and a tidy progression path.

Qualifications

• Valid external Forklift Reach and Counterbalance licenses.
• Warehouse experience (2 years) and ability to drive reach and counterbalance.
• Willingness to work the stated hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT reach and counterbalance safely.
• Pick and pack orders as required.
• Conduct goods in/out processes.
• Wrap pallets and ensure stock is secure.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with Health and Safety rules.
