Job summary

Quest Employment is hiring Reach Truck Drivers for a Coventry-based warehouse. Immediate start with a guaranteed pay increase after two weeks. £13.15 per hour, increasing to £14.15 after two weeks, with weekly pay and standard shift times (6:00am–2:00pm).

This full-time, ongoing temporary role requires reliability and the ability to work any 5 days in 7. In-house Reach Truck qualification is acceptable or licencing may be expired; training and support are provided by a dedicated recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Reach Truck (minimum 3 months).
• Ability to follow warehouse procedures and safety rules.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
• Move and store stock within the warehouse.
• Load and unload deliveries and pick/ replenish stock.
• Use warehouse systems and equipment as required.
• Maintain accurate stock locations and keep area clean.

Please note: We can accept candidates with an in-house Reach Truck qualification or an expired Reach licence.

The Role

As a Reach Truck Driver, your duties may include:

• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Moving and storing stock within the warehouse
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Picking and replenishing stock
• Using warehouse systems and equipment as required
• Checking stock and maintaining accurate locations
• General warehouse duties will be required if no work available on the Reach Truck
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable and punctual
• Experienced operating a Reach Truck (minimum 3 months experience)
• Safety-conscious and able to follow warehouse procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Flexible to work any 5 days out of 7
• Holds an in-house Reach Truck qualification or has an expired Reach Truck licence
