Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking reliable MHE Operatives for our Markham Vale 1 site. You will operate reach trucks, VNA and PPT, supporting stock movement, loading and inbound activity, while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires evidence of MHE training and on-site training where needed. A 5 from 7 rotating shift pattern applies, with opportunities to develop within a busy ambient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Evidence of training on a reach truck or VNA in a warehouse/logistics setting
• On-site training hours must be shown if refresher certification only
• In-house licences from previous employers can be considered with relevant practical experience
• H&S training on site may extend driving ability for MHE

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely and efficiently, including Reach trucks, VNA and PPT equipment
• Support movement, replenishment and put-away of stock within the warehouse
• Assist with loading, unloading and inbound activity following site procedures
• Complete vehicle, equipment and safety checks per operational standards
• Use scanners or warehouse systems to maintain stock integrity
• Work closely with the wider warehouse team to keep the operation moving at pace
