Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting MHE Operatives for our Markham Vale site. You will operate reach trucks, VNA and PPT equipment, supporting stock movement and inbound activity in a fast-paced ambient warehouse.

The role requires training on specified MHE, strong safety focus, reliability, teamwork and the ability to work a 4 on 4 off night shift. On-site training continues to ensure compliance with H&S rules.

Qualifications

• Evidence of training on either a reach truck or VNA within a warehouse, logistics or distribution setting.
• Certification hours spent on the training must be shown.
• In-house licences from previous employers considered if you have relevant practical experience.
• Site training on MHE may be longer due to H&S rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely and efficiently, including Reach trucks, VNA and PPT equipment where required.
• Support movement, replenishment and put-away of stock within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading, unloading and inbound activity while following site procedures.
• Complete vehicle, equipment and safety checks in line with operational standards.
• Use scanners or warehouse systems accurately to help maintain stock integrity.
• Work closely with the wider warehouse team to keep the operation moving at pace.
