Job summary

Thrive Trowbridge are working with a client in the Sutton Coldfield area seeking a Reach Truck Driver for a temporary position. You will operate a Reach truck to move confectionery stock, load/unload deliveries, and support warehouse activities on site.

Must hold a valid Reach FLT licence (RTITBor equivalent) or in-house in-date accreditation. This role offers 12-hour rotating shifts and the potential for permanent opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach FLT licence (RTITBor equivalent)
• Experience operating FLT in a warehouse/manufacturing environment (min 6 months)
• In-date licence or accreditation (in-house licences accepted)

Responsibilities

• Operate a Reach truck to move and store confectionery stock safely and efficiently
• Load and unload deliveries
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to site protocols
• Work closely with warehouse teams to keep things moving
• Support wider warehouse tasks as needed

Job description

Salary: GBP15.1 - GBP17.07 per hour

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Sutton Coldfield (Minworth) area who are actively looking to recruit a Reach Truck Driver on a temporary basis.

Shifts:

• 2 shift pattern: 05:00-18:00 and 17:50-06:00
• Minimum 3 shifts a week
• Shift alignment will depend on site demands

What you will be doing:

• Operate a Reach truck to move and store confectionerystock safely and efficiently
• Load and unload deliveries
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to site protocols
• Work closely with warehouse teams to keep things moving
• Support wider warehouse tasks as needed

What you will need to succeed:

• Valid Reach FLT licence (RTITBor equivalent)
• In-house licences are also accepted (must be in-date with valid accreditation)
• Experience operating FLT in a warehouseor manufacturing environment is mandatory (6 months minimum)
• A team player with a good work ethic and flexibility
• A safety-first mindset and strong awareness of site processes
