Job summary

People Solutions is recruiting an FLT Reach Truck Driver for a Rugby-based client. The role involves operating a Reach Truck, receiving and inspecting goods, and ensuring accurate stock movement within a busy warehouse.

Excellent hourly rates and overtime opportunities support ongoing work and growth. Shift pattern is 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday, with immediate starts available and good transport links to Rugby.

Qualifications

• A valid Reach Truck certificate (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and spatial awareness.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, organised, and self-motivated approach.
• Flexible and willing to undertake various warehouse duties.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
• Conducting daily vehicle inspections and reporting faults.
• Receiving goods into the warehouse and checking deliveries for accuracy.
• Checking quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Unpacking and organising stock for storage and distribution.
• Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting warehouse operations as required.

FLT Reach Truck Driver - Rugby

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a FLT Reach Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Rugby, Warwickshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and opportunities for growth and progression within a successful warehouse operation.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Reach Truck Operator, Forklift Operator or FLT Driver.

Rates of Pay:

• £14.39 per hour
• Overtime paid at £21.59 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 14:00 - 22:00
