Job summary

The Thrive Group is seeking a Reach Truck Driver in the Sutton Coldfield (Minworth) area for a temporary assignment. You will operate a Reach truck to move confectionery stock safely, load and unload deliveries and support wider warehouse tasks.

Join a site with 12-hour rotating shifts, weekly pay, onsite parking and ongoing opportunities based on performance. You will work closely with warehouse teams and follow site safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent).
• In-house licences accepted if in-date with valid accreditation.
• Experience operating FLT in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (min 6 months).
• Team player with good work ethic and flexibility.
• Safety-first mindset with strong awareness of site processes.

Responsibilities

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Sutton Coldfield (Minworth) area who are actively looking to recruit a Reach Truck Driver on a temporary basis.

Shifts:

• 2 shift pattern: 05:00-18:00 and 17:50-06:00
• Minimum 3 shifts a week
• Shift alignment will depend on site demands

What you will be doing:

• Operate a Reach truck to move and store confectionery stock safely and efficiently
• Load and unload deliveries
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to site protocols
• Work closely with warehouse teams to keep things moving
• Support wider warehouse tasks as needed

What you will need to succeed:

• Valid Reach FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent)
• In-house licences are also accepted (must be in-date with valid accreditation)
• Experience operating FLT in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is mandatory (6 months minimum)
• A team player with a good work ethic and flexibility
• A safety-first mindset and strong awareness of site processes
