Quest Employment are recruiting experienced Reach FLT Drivers for our busy warehouse operation at Panattoni Park, NN7. Immediate starts, Monday-Friday shifts, and a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with weekly pay.

You must have a valid Reach Truck licence and prior Reach FLT experience in a warehouse. Please note a driving distance to the site is required. Training and progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate Counterbalance where trained.
• Load and unload trailers accurately.
• Move stock around the warehouse and place goods correctly.
• Complete and check basic warehouse paperwork.
• Carry out pre-use equipment checks.
• Report any issues with stock, racking, equipment or safety concerns.
• Keep the warehouse tidy and organised.
• Support general warehouse duties when required.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures at all times.
• Train across different areas of the warehouse as needed.

Reach FLT DriverLocation: Panattoni Park, Northampton, NN7

Pay Rate: £13.12 - £13.92 per hour

Shifts: Monday to Friday | 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00 or 22:00 - 06:00

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Start Date: Immediate starts available

Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced Reach FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park, NN7.

This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates with Reach Truck experience who are looking for consistent Monday to Friday work, weekly pay and a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Please note: You must be able to drive due to the location of the site.

The Role

• Operating Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently
• Operating Counterbalance where required and trained
• Loading and unloading trailers accurately
• Moving stock around the warehouse and placing goods into correct locations
• Completing and checking basic warehouse paperwork and documentation
• Carrying out pre-use equipment checks before operating machinery
• Reporting any issues with stock, racking, equipment or safety concerns
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
• Following all site health and safety procedures at all times
• Training across different areas of the warehouse where needed

What We're Looking For

• Hold a valid Reach Truck licence
• Have previous Reach FLT experience within a warehouse environment
• Have previous warehouse experience
• Are confident operating FLT equipment in a busy environment
• Are reliable, punctual and safety-focused
• Have good attention to detail
• Can follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Are flexible and willing to support other warehouse areas when required
• Must be able to drive due to the site location

Licence Requirements

• Valid Reach Truck licence required
• In-house licences are accepted if valid and in date
• Accredited licences such as RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT are preferred
• Counterbalance experience would be beneficial
