Job summary

Quest Employment is seeking experienced MHE Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse at Panattoni Park, NN7. You will safely operate Reach Truck and Counterbalance trucks, load/unload trailers, and keep accurate paperwork. The role includes pre-use checks and stock/equipment issue reporting.

Shifts are Monday to Friday (early or late). This temporary-to-permanent opportunity offers a modern warehouse environment and training with clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licence (In‑house licences accepted)
• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Reliable, safety‑conscious and team‑focused
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and site procedures

Responsibilities

• Safely operating Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance trucks
• Loading and unloading trailers accurately and efficiently
• Completing and checking relevant paperwork and documentation
• Conducting pre‑use equipment checks
• Identifying and reporting stock, racking or equipment issues
• Maintaining clean, organised and safe working areas
• Supporting other warehouse functions and cross‑training where required

MHE Operators to join a fast‑paced warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park, NN7 .This is a key role within the warehouse team, ensuring goods are handled safely, efficiently and in line with site procedures.

Shift Options

Monday to Friday

• 06:00 – 14:00 (Early Shift)
• 14:00 – 22:00 (Late Shift)

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, operating MHE equipment and maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operating Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance trucks
• Loading and unloading trailers accurately and efficiently
• Completing and checking relevant paperwork and documentation
• Conducting pre‑use equipment checks
