Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced D2 Reach Truck Driver to join a fast-paced warehouse team in the Coleshill area. You will operate a D2 reach truck, load and unload stock, and assist with stock movement to support daily warehouse activities.

Applicants should hold a valid reach truck licence and have prior warehouse experience in a target-driven environment. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for ongoing work and progression within a reliable

Responsibilities

• Operate a D2 reach truck safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse.
• Load, unload and move stock within the warehouse.
• Place and retrieve pallets from racking at various heights.
• Complete put-away, replenishment and stock movement tasks.
• Support picking and packing operations when required.
• Ensure goods are handled accurately and with care.
• Carry out daily equipment checks and report faults or damage.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment and follow safety procedures.
• Work towards daily targets and meet operational deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a D2 reach truck safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment.

• Supporting picking and packing operations where required.
• Ensuring all goods are handled accurately and with care.

• Following all health and safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Working towards daily targets and meeting strict operational deadlines.

Requirements
