Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Reach FLT Driver in Darwen. The role is a 60/40 split between warehouse duties and Reach FLT operation, with a pay rate of £13.50 per hour and standard hours from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

This temp-to-perm, full-time position offers stable hours, weekly pay, and holiday pay through The Best Connection. Ideal candidates hold a valid Reach FLT licence and have warehouse experience and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach FLT licence.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Reach FLT safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading goods.
• Moving and storing stock within the warehouse.
• Picking and preparing orders.
• General warehouse duties.
• Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
