Working pattern over two weeks including weekends and bank holidays. Could you give people their confidence back and support our community? If so, we’d love to hear from you - even if you haven’t considered working in Social Care before.

Here at Norfolk First Response, we work with a reablement ethos, working alongside people in their homes to make a positive difference. We aim to help them regain their previous abilities within 6 weeks following a period of ill health or change in circumstances. Our Support Workers (Reablement) are a key part of that.

You need to be caring, empathetic, and committed to making a difference to people’s lives. You must have a full driving license and access to a vehicle to easily commute to people’s homes in North Norfolk. Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided.
