Permanent contract | £19,188 to £20,451 per annum (Scale E) | 27.75 hours per week | Office base – Elizabeth House, Dereham. Working in Poringland areas, Wymondham and Watton

Here at Norfolk First Response, we work with a reablement ethos, working alongside people in their homes to make a positive difference. We aim to help them regain their previous abilities within 6 weeks following a period of ill health or change in circumstances. Our Support Workers (Reablement) are a key part of that.

The vacant post is 27.75 hours per week, working in the Poringland areas, Wymondham and Watton. You will work a range of mornings (7.30am to 1.30pm) and evenings (4pm to 8.30pm) with the hours averaged out over a two-week rota, enabling you to plan in advance to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
You need to be caring, empathetic, and committed to making a difference to people’s lives. You must have a full driving license and access to a vehicle to easily commute to people’s homes in North Norfolk. Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided.
