Job summary

Cera is hiring a community carer in Dunfermline, Fife to support clients recently discharged from hospital. You will assist with personal care, medication and meals, visiting clients in their own homes and travelling between visits. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Flexible shifts across mornings, days, evenings, and nights are available; DBS and company-provided uniform are part of the package, with opportunities for growth through career pathways and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and community caregiving desirable.
• Willingness to provide in-home support and develop care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, medication, and meals.
• Visit clients in their homes and travel between visits.
• Support patients who recently left hospital to recover at home.
