Cera Care in Fife is hiring a Community Carer (Reablement) to help people recover at home after surgery or illness. You will provide personal care, assist with medications and meals, and support patients to regain independence.

The role covers Dunfermline and surrounding towns; a driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. We offer comprehensive training, DBS, a company mobile phone and uniform, plus extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caring for others or as a care assistant.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, medication support, and meals in clients' homes.
• Visit multiple clients in Fife and travel between visits.
• Support hospital discharge and reablement to aid recovery.
