Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Engaging Lessons: Deliver thought-provoking RE lessons across key stages, encouraging open dialogue and critical thinking.
• Curriculum Development: Design and implement creative lesson plans that explore diverse religious beliefs and ethical perspectives.
• Student Progress: Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback to support their academic journey.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with strong subject knowledge in Religious Education.
• Experience: Previous experience teaching RE at the secondary level is preferred, but ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment: A passion for education and a dedication to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Preparedness: An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years with no unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
