Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is hiring a Warehouse Operative to support the Regional Distribution team. You'll ensure orders are picked, packed and ready for delivery, while coordinating stock and meeting delivery timeframes.

Main duties include receiving supplier parts, picking and loading vans, and verifying stock against computer records. The role requires team players with attention to detail and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or similar
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good team player with reliable attendance
• Attention to detail in picking, packing and stock checks
• Understanding of customer service and deadlines
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Good communication abilities
• Knowledge of car parts or automotive industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Checking and putting away supplier-delivered parts
• Picking and loading vans accurately and promptly
• Checking customer returns for resale, warranty or surcharge
• Verifying stock quantities against computer records and bin locations
