Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Site Engineer for an 8‑month RC frame and groundworks scheme in Plymouth. You will be responsible for the setting out and ensuring the works are completed to programme and to the required tolerances.

You will report to the Project Manager and foreman, liaise with the main contractor site team, ensure site setup and health and safety compliance, raise design queries and oversee temporary works.

Qualifications

• Experience setting out RC frames and groundworks.
• CSCS card holder.
• Temporary works ticket.
• Degree in civil engineering or construction, or time served.

Responsibilities

• Manage all setting out of RC frame and groundworks.
• Report to Project Manager and foreman and liaise with main contractor site team.
• Site setup and health and safety compliance.
• Raise technical queries on design issues.
• Manage temporary works.
