Job summary

RTL Group Ltd in the Midlands is recruiting a Site Engineer for a 12-month RC frame and groundworks scheme. You will report to the Project Manager and foreman and work closely with the main contractor site team to ensure efficient site operations.

The role requires setting out RC frames and groundworks, arranging site setup, health and safety compliance, raising design queries, and managing temporary works.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Experience setting out RC frames and groundworks.
• Temporary works ticket.
• Degree in civil engineering/construction or time served.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to and working with the Project Manager and foreman.
• Liaising with main contractor site team.
• Site set up and compliance with health and safety.
• Completing all setting out associated to the RC frame and groundworks package.
• Raising technical queries on design issues.
• Management of temporary works.
