Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Site Engineer for a six-month scheme to manage all setting out for an RC frame and groundworks package. You will report to the Project Manager and foreman and coordinate with the main contractor site team.

The role requires previous RC frame and groundworks setting-out experience, CSCS card, and a temporary works ticket, with a civil engineering or construction background.

Qualifications

• Experience setting out RC frames and groundworks.
• Familiarity with site setting out procedures and QA checks.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations on site.

Responsibilities

• Report to and work with the Project Manager and foreman.
• Liaise with the main contractor site team.
• Set up site and ensure compliance with health and safety.
• Complete all setting out for the RC frame and groundworks package.
• Raise technical queries on design issues.
• Manage temporary works on site.
