Job summary

Tellos, Inc. in Salisbury, UK, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, assist with assessments, and participate in team training to support skill development and quality of life.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification or be pursuing it, with 6+ months experience with autism or developmental disabilities. A valid license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or actively pursuing
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping improve clients’ lives
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines
