Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Elgin, Scotland. This part-time role allows for career growth into full-time positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
