Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings
• Experience with children or in education/childcare
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities, following a BCBA plan.
• Implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build consistent relationships to help kids grow.
