As a Raw Material Buyer, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, developing, and managing suppliers across the globe. From driving cost efficiencies and supporting new product innovation to ensuring compliance across complex supply chains - you'll help power our machines, our processes, and our growth.

What You'll Do

• Source, negotiate, and on-board new products to support NPI and product development.
• Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to boost efficiency and reduce cost.
• Lead supplier and commodity development to deliver measurable performance improvements.
• Maintain supplier compliance in line with ISO standards, statutory regulations, and business processes.
• Ensure adherence to global supply chain compliance - including Preferential Origin, CBAM, and UK / EU sanctions.
• Pro-actively identify, manage, and mitigate supply chain risk across all categories.

• Advanced IT literacy - Excel, data analysis, ERP systems, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
