Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Trigger Response / Resuscitation Officer (Band 7) to support deteriorating patients across the hospital. This full-time role (37.5 hours) with 24/7 cover is based at Broomfield, salary £49,387 per annum (pro rata for part time).

You must be a registered practitioner (RN or AHP) with EPALS/NLS provider status, RCUK instructor certification, and proven resuscitation/outreach experience. Leadership and training skills are essential.

Formación

• Registered practitioner (RN or AHP) with UK registration.
• EPALS and NLS provider status preferred.
• RCUK instructor certification required.
• Experience in resuscitation and outreach; willingness to lead training.

Responsabilidades

• Support safe delivery of clinical practice for deteriorating patients.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external training in resuscitation.
• Attend deteriorating patient, cardiac arrest and trauma calls as needed.
• Maintain professional development and adhere to Trust policies.
