What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill set and join us as a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You’ll receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in areas such as tracheotomy care, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and more.

We are committed to providing exceptional care for people of all ages in their homes and communities, with complex needs including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care to clients with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, etc.
• Travel within a 100-mile radius to client locations, providing rapid and responsive care.
• Work on an on-call rota to ensure timely support for clients.
• Receive ongoing clinical training to expand your skills in specialist areas.
• Adapt to different challenges daily and make a difference in clients' lives.
• Maintain accurate care records according to regulatory standards.

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in complex care and a desire to develop further.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles and work on an on-call rota.
• Ability to handle complex care needs professionally and compassionately.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to ongoing learning.
