Job summary

Marsh in Norwich is seeking a dedicated finance support professional for a hybrid role based in Norwich. The position focuses on improving client service by early resolution of client accounting issues and supporting colleagues across London, Norwich and India in servicing a large multinational portfolio.

You will review issues, assist with MI on premium and revenue, prepare premium calculations, and work with the team to achieve goals using Workday.

Qualifications

• Solid numeracy skills with good MS Excel knowledge (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP).
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach.
• Planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a cyclical business.
• Quick to learn technical information.

Responsibilities

• Review and propose solutions to resolve client accounting issues escalated from Marsh Operations.
• Assist the Norwich Management team in providing MI on premium and revenue.
• Understand and ease payment situations and/or provide MI.
• Prepare premium calculations for Marsh clients.
• Set and achieve specific goals as evidenced by Workday.
