Job summary

Nexibium in the United Kingdom seeks a hands-on RAN Site Audit, Deployment & Integration Engineer to support mobile network projects across the UK. The role covers audits, installation verification, commissioning, integration, testing and network validation at customer sites.

You will work with installation teams and vendors to ensure compliance with designs and engineering standards, produce clear evidence and reports, and travel regularly to sites across the UK.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of hands-on RAN deployment/field engineering.
• Strong practical knowledge of 4G LTE and 5G NR.
• Experience auditing site deployments, installation quality and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing/new mobile sites and verify against design.
• Verify BBU/RRU/RRH, antennas, cabling, power, grounding and env. conditions.
• Produce site audit reports with defects and recommended actions.
• Support deployment, integration and commissioning activities.
• Perform SAT/ATP testing and mobility/coverage validation.
• Troubleshoot RAN alarms, outages and performance issues.
