Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc in Newbury is recruiting for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of RAN sites, upgrading networks to support the Nations Network. You’ll work with multiple partners, manage budgets and ensure safety and quality standards across deployments.

The role calls for extensive experience in RAN deployment, strong leadership, data-driven decision making and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hybrid working with office and home days, plus Vodafone benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in working in RAN Deployment programmes across contracts and partners.
• Technical expertise in site deployment design, acquisition and/or build.
• Understanding of health, safety obligations and high quality standards.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and leaders.
• Strong decision-making, problem solving and collaboration skills.
• Experience using data to inform operational and strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of RAN sites from nomination to transfer to operations within a Region.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to design, acquire, build and activate RAN sites to plan and budget.
• Engage with supporting teams to ensure site delivery aligns with project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety obligations and regulatory requirements.
