Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Access Network Consultant to lead end-to-end RAN transformation initiatives in London, spanning 2G–5G migration, Open RAN, and AI-powered optimization. You will shape architectures, deliver across multi-workstreams, and mentor diverse teams in a fast-changing telecoms landscape.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, deep RAN expertise, and the ability to work on-site with clients in a dynamic, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in 4G/5G RAN design, deployment, and optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of 3GPP and O-RAN standards.
• Proven client-facing engagements in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RAN transformation programmes across multi-workstreams.
• Shape business cases with TCO/ROI analyses for executives.
• Define target RAN architectures and integrate Open RAN and cloud-native principles.
• Own delivery across deployment, testing, and quality gates.
• Apply Generative AI/Autonomous Networks to transformation efforts.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams and drive knowledge sharing.
