The role focuses on hands-on leadership, menu execution, and developing the team for growth within our expanding group, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Kitchen and junior management experience required.
• Ensure that all food leaving the kitchen is of the highest standard.
• Training and supporting the crew will be key to success.

Responsibilities

• Look after managing and developing your team and product.
• Train and support the crew across prep, fry, broth control, bao fillings, and ramen bowls.
