Job summary

Bone Daddies in London’s Soho is looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to back the Kitchen Manager in leading the crew and ensuring top-quality food. You’ll help train and support the team to maintain high standards across all dishes.

You’ll work with the crew on prep, fry section, broth control, filling bao buns and crafting bangin’ bowls of ramen. Prior junior management in a kitchen is helpful, and passion matters most.

Qualifications

• Some kitchen and junior management experience is preferred.
• Willingness to train and develop the crew to high standards.
• Attention to food quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Support the Kitchen Manager in leading and developing the team.
• Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen are of the highest quality.
• Assist with prep, fry section, broth control, bao buns and ramen assembly.
