A global leader in premium lifestyle products is seeking a Localization Associate to manage translation and localization projects while supporting external language providers. This role requires experience in the localization industry, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English. The successful candidate will ensure quality and deadlines are met and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in localization strategies. Experience with e-commerce is an advantage. This position is based in Greater London.

The Localization Associate is a key part of the Localization team, reporting to the Localization Manager and sitting more broadly within the Digital Commerce team at RL EMEA. This role supports on daily and regular translation projects for product descriptions, content campaigns, and adhoc marketing requests. Using their understanding of the translation and localization best practices they will ensure external language providers have all the information required to deliver high quality copy within the agreed timelines for the business. In the role, they will consistently develop their understanding of the RL brand and localization needs of various internal stakeholders to enable them to make and implement improvements to the localization strategies in place.
