Job summary

M-Sport UK is recruiting Rally Raid Technicians to join the Dovenby Hall team. You will build, prepare and maintain competition vehicles to the highest standards, provide event and test support, and diagnose faults under time pressure.

You'll work with engineers, drivers and crews to maximise performance, travel internationally for events, and contribute to continuous improvement across the Rally Raid programme.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 3 Light Vehicle or Race Technician standard with solid understanding of motor vehicles.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills with a practical approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Build, prepare and maintain competition vehicles to high standards.
• Provide mechanical support at events and test programmes to race-winning standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues efficiently.
• Support development of current and future vehicle systems and upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineers, drivers and support crews to maximise performance.
• Assist with vehicle strip-downs, inspections and routine maintenance between events.
• Contribute to improving reliability and operational processes across the Rally Raid programme.
