Job summary

Amulet is seeking a security professional to proactively safeguard passengers and staff at railway stations. You will identify breaches of Railway Bylaws, respond to security incidents, and attend to incidents in line with training and standards.

The role requires patrols of stations and trains, first aid when needed, and maintaining clear communication with clients and officers. Responsibilities include enforcing bylaws, completing incident reports, and contributing to revenue protection

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service, attending to customer questions as required.
• Provide a high level of observation, identifying hazards, crimes, and security risks.
• Patrol stations and trains as tasked on a daily basis.
• Undertake station security searches as required.
• Deal with security, crime, and safeguarding incidents.
• Deter and detect crime and enforce Railway Bylaws.
