Qualifications

• Candidates must have achieved or be on track to achieve 96 UCAS points.
• You will have achieved or be on track to achieve at least 5 GCSE's grade 4 or above including maths and English language or 3 A Levels (or BTEC equivalent) at grade C or above.
• Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
• Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
• Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of railway signalling and control projects, gaining an understanding of progression from concept to testing and completion.
• Work alongside a variety of teams, including engineering, software and installation specialists, to help keep projects coordinated and on track.
• Develop your project management skills in areas such as schedules, budgets, resources, risks and safety requirements.
• Build your communication and stakeholder management skills by working with colleagues, customers and suppliers to support safe and reliable rail solutions.

GCSEs (5) including Maths & English

3 A Levels or BTEC equivalent at grade C+
